The farm includes 26.5 hectares of forest plantations with certified management and whose objective is production for timber that includes 26–27-year-old precious woods such as cocobolo/rosewood and cristóbal and native hardwoods such as amarillón and 9–10-year-old teak plantations. There are 38.6 hectares of unmanaged teak sprouts as a result of harvesting teak plantations and 8.8 hectares of pastures that can be replanted with species for timber production or to develop agroforestry and/or agricultural projects. The rest of the area (94.8 hectares) consists of native protection forests with clean streams and watercourses and with a great diversity of species of flora and fauna.
