This conglomerate of four farms has 91.2 hectares of land reforested for commercial purposes and 26 and 30 years old fine hardwood species (cocobolo/rosewood, cristóbal, ron-ron) ready for harvest and as well as 10 years old teak. All plantations are certified as sustainable management (international forest certification) and also registered with MINAE/SINAC under the voluntary forestry regime.

There are 87.7 hectares that were already harvested in previous years and sold to the Asian market, that now have unmanaged sprouts waiting to be replanted either with forestry, agroforestry or agricultural crops or for livestock according to the buyer's preferences.
