We offer a commission calculated on a tiered basis over on the final sale price of the property,payable exclusively to the commission-based representative or real estate agency.This amount does not affect the price paid by the buyer, as it is fully covered by our company.
The commission payment is made via electronic transfer to a bank account in Costa Rica, upon submission of the corresponding electronic invoice, in accordance with the requirements established by Costa Rican tax legislation once the deed of sale has been verified.
